How to use your warranty: Contact StarkPower at 1-800-587-9940 or email us at info@starkpower.com. StarkPower will send you a return label and/or packaging for you to get your product back to us for examination and if needed repair or replace your product according to the warranty terms below.

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty for StarkPower Deep Cycle Batteries

Period of Coverage: This product is warranted to the original purchaser or subsequent owner from the original purchase date from StarkPower for two (2) years and is subject to the Warranty Coverage described herein.

Warranty Coverage: This product is warranted by StarkPower, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

  • First 30 days - Refund of original purchase price with return of battery*
  • After 30 days - StarkPower will repair, or if repair is not possible will replace your StarkPower Deep Cycle Battery.*

One (1) Year Limited Warranty for StarkPower JumpBoxes

Period of Coverage: This product is warranted to the original purchaser or subsequent owner from the original purchase date from StarkPower for one (1) year and is subject to the Warranty Coverage described herein.

Warranty Coverage: This product is warranted by StarkPower, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

  • First 30 days - Refund of original purchase price with return of JumpBox*
  • After 30 days - StarkPower will repair, or if repair is not possible will replace your StarkPower JumpBox.*

* This Limited Warranty does not cover consequential damages. Also it does not cover defects, damages, due to:

  • Accidents, acts of God, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, alteration of the product;
  • Improper use of an electrical power supply that causes malfunction; Loss of power;
  • Dropped or crushed product; Tampering with or attempt to modify the product;
  • Unauthorized opening of the product;
  • Theft, vandalism, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair.
